REGISTRATION
The SURTEX registration area is located on the
North Concourse. If you’ve already pre-registered,
you can bring your e-badge with barcode to the
counter for screening. Your official badge will print
out at a nearby printer.
If you’ve not pre-registered, you may self-register
at a computer terminal. You’ll be asked a few
qualification questions, and then you may give your
credit card to complete the registration process.
Your badge must be prominently displayed at all
times for admission to the Show, and to Show
programs, events, etc. Badges are not transferable
and should not be loaned to anyone for any purpose.

Showrules
•
All attendees may be required to present a photo
ID upon arrival at the Show.
•
This show is for the trade only. Individuals who
cannot document their direct, professional
affiliation to the trade will not be admitted.
•
Suppliers to the trade and non-exhibiting artists/
design studios and agents will be charged a $375
fee. Qualified first-time attendees registering
on-site will be charged $60. Returning qualified
attendees not pre-registered will be charged $25.
Guests must be accompanied by a registered
attendee and will be charged a $60 fee.
•
Children under the age of 14 are strongly
discouraged from attending and are only eligible
to receive guest badges on-site.They must be
accompanied by a registered attendee.
•
Attendees will NOT be permitted on the exhibit
floor with portfolios, or strollers or luggage carts/
wheeled cases of any kind.
•
Photography is not permitted anywhere
at the Show without permission from Show
Management.
•
This is a wholesale market.Attendees will not be
allowed to remove merchandise from the Show,
except for 2-D artwork.
•
In compliance with NewYork City’s smoking laws,
there is no smoking allowed in any areas of the
Jacob K. Javits Convention Center.
•
So everyone can enjoy the Show, we must
insist that professional conduct be maintained
at all times.We reserve the right to revoke the
badge and Show privileges of anyone exhibiting
inappropriate behavior.

printing, publications, books, reference materials,
trend services and more.
