Select the International Stroke Conference 2025 activity. 2. Claim Credit a. Complete the conference evaluation survey. b. Click Claim CE. c. Complete information and Save. d. Your certificate is located in “My Account” under “CE Details.” Note: CE credit for the International Stroke Conference 2025 cannot be claimed after Aug. 7, 2025, and participants are strongly encouraged to claim CE credit within 30 days of the live event.
