SHOWOFFICE
To inquire about exhibiting companies, schedules
and more, please visit the SURTEX Show Office
from 8 AM to 6 PM, May 18-20, in Room 4A2, on the
terrace overlooking Hall 3A.
TRANSPORTATION
SURTEX offers complimentary shuttle bus service
between the Javits Center and designated hotels in
Manhattan. See shuttle schedule on page 37 and on
signage along the North Concourse, where buses
depart.
Other modes of private transportation are offered
at the Javits Center Concierge in the Crystal Palace
Lobby, and Golden Touch on the Concourse. For
public transportation information, see page 37.
PRESS CENTER
All press visiting SURTEX should register in the Press
Center, located on the 4ATerrace, overlooking Hall
3A. Exhibitor press kits will be available, as well as
light refreshments, Internet access and seating.
BUSINESS CENTER
Fax and copy machines, along with many other
services, will be available during the Show at the Javits
Business Center in the Crystal Palace. Nominal fees
are charged.
RESTAURANT/FOOD SERVICE
A wide variety of food service locations are situated
throughout the Javits Center: Crystal Palace, Food
Court/Level 1, and rear of SURTEX exhibits in
Hall 3A. Also look for the rolling food carts in the
SURTEX aisles every afternoon.
CHARGING STATIONS
As a convenience for attendees, including our
thousands of social media followers, SURTEX has
placed complimentary cell phone charging stations
throughout the Javits Center. Look for signs with
spider adapters for various phone types at the
Online Oasis; Press Center (qualified members of the
press only); and the SURTEX conference room (for
conference participants).
ONLINE OASIS
Stay connected while you’re at SURTEX.The Online
Oasis, located in the Crystal Palace, offers free
Internet access and computer usage. Sponsored by
Travel Planners Inc. — the official travel coordinator
for SURTEX — and co-sponsored by Quikbook.
COAT AND BAGGAGE CHECK
Coat and baggage check will be available during
all Show hours, for a nominal fee. Located on the
North Concourse.
